From material to dispatch

Verify grade, thickness and coil identity before processing. Keep the material certificate connected to the production batch.

Check cut dimensions and burr height, then verify the assembled window, limbs, yokes, joint sequence and clamping interfaces.

Finished-core electrical testing is defined by the specified excitation conditions, measurement method and acceptance limits.

Review the inspection file, package identification, transport protection and handling information before dispatch.
Material loss data and finished-core test results are separate records. The order defines the inspection scope, test conditions and documents supplied.
Apply these checkpoints to the agreed transformer core manufacturing and supply scope. For cut lamination orders, define piece dimensions, identification and inspection records before release.
RFQTechnical review
State the drawing revision, acceptance criteria, required records and any witness point in the enquiry.
