Industrial-scale inventory and in-house processing combine competitive pricing with controlled material quality. Select the CRGO grade, thickness and coating for your loss target; order original coils or slit coils at the widths your production requires.
Before ordering
Is the material certificate a finished-core loss guarantee?
No. It records material information and test results on the stated basis. Core geometry, joints, processing and assembly also affect the finished magnetic circuit; any core test requires its own agreed conditions.
Material procurement
Specify the CRGO you need, not a core drawing
- Grade and test basis
- Give the mill grade or required material performance, including frequency, flux density and the test basis for any specified loss value.
- Thickness and coating
- State the required gauge, coating and any material-certificate requirements.
- Coil or slit-coil format
- List required widths, width tolerances and quantities by width, plus any coil-weight, inside-diameter or outside-diameter limits for your handling equipment.
- Commercial requirement
- Provide total tonnage, destination and required delivery date. Grade availability and the production schedule are confirmed in the quotation.
For material-only orders, a transformer core drawing is not required. Add your grade, width and quantity schedule in the enquiry message. Regular inventory is shared across grades and gauges; it is not a live stock commitment for one specific grade.
Traceability and processing
Keep the certificate connected to the supplied material
Material acceptance
Agree the grade, thickness, coil identification and mill test certificate to be supplied. Compare loss values only on the stated test basis. The material-certificate technical note explains why material results and finished-core results are different.
Choose the next operation
For specified strip widths, review CRGO slitting and packaging. For shaped pieces and identified packets, use cut transformer laminations. Complete magnetic assemblies are covered under transformer core manufacturing.
