For transformer manufacturers targeting maximum energy efficiency, controlling No-Load Loss (NLL) is critical. Achieving this requires strict alignment between raw material selection and processing precision.
1. High-Induction Material Selection We process a full range of CRGO thicknesses: 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, and 0.30mm. However, for extreme NLL reduction, high-induction 0.18mm and 0.20mm CRGO are the standard. The thinner gauge fundamentally restricts the path of eddy currents within the core, directly lowering overall core loss without compromising magnetic induction limits.
2. Precision Process Control Premium CRGO performance is wasted if the manufacturing process introduces mechanical stress or structural flaws. Our processing parameters guarantee:
- Burr Control < 0.02mm: Eliminates the risk of interlaminar short circuits, preserving insulation integrity and suppressing stray losses.
- 7-Step Lap Stacking: Optimizes magnetic flux distribution across joint areas, preventing localized saturation and significantly reducing operating noise.
- Fully Automatic Cross-Cutting: Ensures absolute dimensional stability and cutting precision across large batch productions.
Credentials We have been manufacturing premium transformer cores since 2008 and operate as a trusted authorized supplier for TBEA. Precision engineering drives efficiency.
