MATERIALLaminations
CRGO Laminations
CRGO core laminations cut to the specified shape and joint schedule, with grouping and identification appropriate to your assembly process.

Supply scope
From individual shapes to identified groups

Precision-cut limb and yoke shapes follow the stepped section and joint sequence in your design. Counted pieces and identified pre-stacked packets preserve the sequence from our cutting line to your assembly operation.
Before ordering
How is this different from pre-cut lamination supply?
This page covers the broader core-lamination scope, including joint sequencing and agreed pre-stacking. Pre-cut supply is limited to identified cut pieces for factories that arrange and stack them in-house.
CRGO lamination supply
A cutting schedule your assembly team can use
- Material
- Specify CRGO grade, thickness, coating and the material loss requirement with its frequency and flux-density basis.
- Drawing and dimensions
- Provide the drawing number and released revision, piece numbers, profiles and dimensions for each step, including lengths, widths, mitres, holes, notches and drawing tolerances.
- Step-lap definition
- Confirm the step sequence, orientation and pieces per step. Map packet and package labels to the piece numbers and assembly positions in your lamination schedule.
- Quantity and packing
- State pieces or complete core sets, quantities by profile, required grouping and the receiving factory's assembly method. Identify whether delivery is loose cut pieces or pre-stacked packets; final core assembly and clamping at destination remain within the agreed handover scope.
Maximum cut-to-length processing width is 890 mm. Other dimensions, tolerances and tooling requirements are checked against the drawing; the width figure is not a guarantee that every geometry is feasible.
Slitting produces strip coils; cut-to-length processing produces the specified lamination pieces. Review the step-lap processing scope and the inspection basis for lamination burr control.
Identified packet delivery
From cut pieces to pre-stacked supply
The 63 MVA pre-stacked export reference shows packets supplied for core assembly at the receiving factory. The project rating identifies the transformer application; your new order requires its own material and cutting schedule.
For assembled transformer cores, define the separate stacking, clamping and accessory scope. For material-only procurement, use the CRGO coil and slit-coil supply page.
