Transformer core assembly
Stack, align and clamp the magnetic circuit to the approved geometry, with the handling method reviewed for the core mass and structure.

Assembly equipment
Up to 100 t per single core
- Single-core capability
- Up to 100 t
- Handling equipment
- Hydraulic tilting table
- Stacking control
- Stacking factor >97%
Large-core manufacturing combines stack build-up, alignment, clamping and controlled turning. Core geometry and handling access define the assembly plan.

Inspection before release
Check the window, limb and yoke dimensions against the approved revision. Confirm joint alignment, clamping interfaces and the parts included in the order.
Agree winding installation access and any upper-yoke opening before production. Final transformer testing remains part of the complete transformer scope.
Quality control ↗Define the assembled-core supply scope alongside these interfaces, including the clamping, accessories and handover condition agreed for the order.
RFQTechnical review
Confirm the processing requirement
Include the drawing or width schedule, material, quantity and packing requirement.
