Core assembly according to customer drawings
Manufacturing scope is reviewed against the core drawing, material requirement, core configuration, stacking method, clamping condition, and packing requirement. Assembled transformer cores are not the same procurement object as CRGO raw material or loose cut laminations.
Joint geometry requires controlled cutting and stacking
Multi-Step Lap construction depends on consistent step sequence, lamination dimensions, joint alignment, and stacking condition. The final core scope must be confirmed from the drawing and required assembly condition.
Slitted coils for transformer core production
Required width, grade, thickness, coil condition, quantity, and packing method should be specified. Slitted coil pricing and finished transformer core pricing must be evaluated as different supply scopes.

Transformer core performance depends on the full manufacturing chain: material selection, cutting accuracy, burr control, stacking condition, joint design, clamping stress, and packing stability.
Protection for international handling and sea shipment
Packing scope should be confirmed with the core size, total weight, lifting method, moisture protection, transport route, and unloading conditions. Export packing reduces transport risk but does not replace correct handling at each logistics stage.
